Returns

If you don’t love it, returns aren’t a nightmare! To return your product, send an email to service@mvmisleep.com and include your full name, order confirmation number and reason for return.

• Returns must be initiated within 60 days from purchase.
• If you are trying the MVMI Pillow for the first time and are unsure if you like it, please only order 1 MVMI Pillow. To avoid wasting packaging materials and incurring additional, unnecessary costs, we only allow 1 MVMI Pillow to be returned per order for a full refund.
• Although we usually reply quickly, please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond.
